| Barang Going Away This heart-shaped cake gives the appearance it is tipping over---but it's not! Each tier is three layers high of chocolate cake with a white chocolate coating shell and then wrapped in chocolate fondant. The "J" is fashioned like the Disney font in chocolate and then dusted with gold. Cabbage flowers border the levels in chocolate fondant. The bears were made with a strengthened fondant. The ribbon reads "Reuniting with the (heart) he left in San Francisco...Thanks for 5 years of service to W.D.W." |
