Gumpaste Flowers
Below are some examples of the flowers we can make to add to the tops & sides of your cake.  Flowers
are made by hand out of gumpaste, a strengthened sugar material made from egg whites, confectionery
sugar, and a gum glue.  Although edible, many of our customers keep the gumpaste creations for years
of enjoyment to remind them of their special day.
